His dad is away on a posse with the sheriff. Some cattle needed to be moved so his mum helped him saddle up one of his dad’s other horses – and away they both went! All cattle safely moved, horse behaved himself and all is well back at the homestead again – with little Cal looking hopelessly pleased with himself and his horse!
